Ingot Types & Packaging
At Alpha Group, every customer is invaluable. We prioritize understanding each client’s distinct requirements and ensuring their satisfaction, which are fundamental principles of our company philosophy. Our highly automated production process is remarkably adaptable, integrating continuous casting with advanced computerized and robotic cutting and handling systems. This flexibility empowers Alpha Group customers to select from nearly 20 standard packaging options, tailored to their preferences.
Production Process
Alpha Group’s core lies in responsible recycling, driven by the principles of sustainability and excellence. We leverage cutting-edge technology throughout our process to:
- Recycle a wide range of non-ferrous metal scrap and other metals (copper, brass and others), giving them new life.
- Minimize waste and maximize resource recovery:
- Special rotary furnaces with methane/oxygen burners minimize metal oxidation.
- Saline mixture protects aluminum, absorbs impurities, and is reused.
- 100% residue reuse: aluminum, purified salt, and oxides for cement/bricks.
Meticulous attention to detail defines our production process. Advanced techniques like additives, degasification, and filtration guarantee the precise chemical properties that make our products exceptional.
